In the interest of protecting our local community, guests and staff, we are have made the difficult decision to move all bookings in April and May and are not taking any more bookings for this period. We will review June bookings in due course and make the appropriate decisions to ensure everyone's safety.

Given the global impact of COVID-19, we have been adapting our cancellation policy to the evolving nature of this pandemic. We have updated our policy to provide our customers with the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. We are committed to ensuring no loss to our valued guests, and will do our best to be as flexible as we can about moving your booking.

Guests with existing reservations are offered date changes or booking credit (including reservations over available peak dates that are typically more restrictive), as long as the change is made by July 1st 2021.

We have also decided to extend this offer to any guests wishing to make new reservations for stays between now and July 1st 2021. We apologise that no cash refunds will be offered, which is in line with most airlines and many independent operators.

As an independent and solely privately-owned property, you can rest assured that we will absolutely be here to welcome you to our beautiful shores when the travel restrictions ease and the world recovers.
